Summer in the French Alps John and Margot invite you to visit us at Trevelyan.
'Trevelyan' is in the coastal village of Porthpean and has sea views of Porthpean Bay. It is only a few minutes walk from the beach and 1.5 miles from the historic port of Charlestown with its squared rigged sailing ships.
Accommodation details:
- One double room with king sized bed and en-suite bathroom.
- Two double rooms with private bathroom between. All on a separate floor (ideal for families).
- Rooms recently refurbished to hotel standards with colour TV and tea/coffee making facilities.
- There is a guest lounge with sea views of the bay.
- Breakfast consists of cereals followed by either a full English or continental style with yoghurts, fruit, cheese and cold meats.
- There is ample parking on our private driveway.
- Bed and Breakfast is £27.50 to £35.00 per person per night.
Places to see:
- Only 10 minutes by car from both the Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan.
- It is a 20 minute walk on the coastal path or a 5 minute drive to the port of Charlestown which has two good pubs serving both restaurant and bar meals.
- There is an 18 hole golf course a few minutes walk away which boasts some of the best coastal views in Cornwall. A full round is £14 for visitors.
- Porthpean has a safe sandy beach and is only about 5 minutes walk away.
- The picturesque fishing port of Mevagissey is a 10 minute drive along the coast road.
